One thing that continues to bother me while working in big tech is the gap in resources and cost-effective talent that nonprofits have.

• Cost: nonprofits can’t afford $100k/year salary for a software engineer, they also can’t afford to pay $30/month for software that takes away from their bottom-line
• Complexity: recent AI advancements are amazing, but a nonprofit staff of five won’t have the time to both learn and understand how they can benefit
• Identification: without technical support, a nonprofit may not recognize there is room for software to improve their workflow
